This aramid felt is manufactured by needle punching process, blended with 80% meta-aramid and 20% para-aramid staple fiber. Meta-aramid provides excellent inherent flame retardancy and thermal stability, while para-aramid brings outstanding tensile strength and tear resistance. The material will not melt or drip when exposed to flame, releases low smoke, and maintains stable performance under continuous high-temperature environment. It features good flexibility, uniform structure and excellent thermal insulation property.

Suitable for fire suit lining, thermal insulation layers, high-temperature dust filtration, arc flash protective products, heat sealing pads and other high-temperature protective fields. Custom gsm, width and finishing are available. Samples can be provided for testing.
