160gsm Flame Resistant Aramid Needle Felt with PTFE Membrane Laminated Meta Aramid Felt for Protective Garments

Our aramid needle felt laminated with PTFE membrane is made of 80% meta aramid fiber mixed with 20% para aramid fiber, manufactured by needle punching process, then thermally compounded with 50gsm expanded microporous PTFE membrane. Total areal weight: 160gsm, width:150cm. Meta aramid provides stable heat insulation, inherent flame retardancy and low shrinkage at high temperature. Para aramid greatly improves tensile strength, tear resistance and abrasion resistance. The attached PTFE microporous membrane realizes surface filtration, brings excellent waterproof, windproof, moisture-permeable and self-cleaning performance. Dust is not easy to stick on the surface, which helps extend service life and reduce pulse cleaning frequency.
