Specifications: 100% meta aramid 1313 fiber, 70gsm, width 160cm, plain weave.

This pure meta aramid spider fabric is specially used as base material for speaker damper / spider.

• High temperature thermal stability: Stable under long-term working temperature of 204°C, short-term resistance up to 300°C. Minimal dimensional shrinkage when heated. It will not deform or shift under high-power operation, keeping the voice coil centered.
• Excellent resilience & anti-fatigue property: Meta aramid 1313 has great toughness. Its elasticity drops slowly after millions of reciprocating vibrations. It is ideal for speaker damper, resisting fatigue failure and extending loudspeaker service life.
• Inherent permanent flame retardancy: Self-extinguishing when leaving flame, no molten dripping. It improves safety for high-power speakers under overheat condition.
• Good electrical insulation: Prevents voice coil short circuit. It is aging-resistant, chemical resistant and moisture resistant.
• Lightweight & uniform: 70gsm ultra-thin plain fabric with consistent weight per square meter. After resin impregnation, it delivers uniform elasticity and stable acoustic performance.

Application Mainly for speaker spider / damper of professional audio, car speaker, subwoofer and HiFi loudspeaker. It can also be applied for high-temperature insulating gaskets and special electrical insulation substrates
