160gsm Bright Blue Anti-static Meta Aramid Fabric for Petrochemical Summer Safety Workwear

This 93/5/2 meta aramid blended fabric is lightweight inherent flame retardant & anti-static material, specially developed for summer safety uniforms of petrochemical industry. Composition: 93% Meta Aramid +5% Anti-static conductive fiber +2% Para Aramid. Weight:160gsm, width:150cm, bright blue color, plain weave. It features permanent flame resistance, built-in antistatic function, soft handfeel and good air permeability, comfortable for hot working environment. Widely made into coveralls and two-piece workwear for oil, gas and chemical explosion-proof sites.

1. Inherent permanent flame retardant Flame resistance comes from fiber itself instead of chemical coating. Self-extinguishing once away from flame, no melting dripping, avoid secondary burn injury. FR performance will not degrade after repeated washing.
2. Built-in lasting anti-static property Conductive filament blended inside yarn, not surface coating treatment. Stable antistatic effect after many washing cycles, eliminate static spark risk in hazardous area.
3. Lightweight & breathable for summer 160gsm light weight, excellent air permeability, reduces stuffy feeling for long-time outdoor high-temperature work.
4. High tear strength & wear resistance Added 2% para aramid improves fabric tear strength and abrasion resistance, the uniform is durable and not easy to damage.
5. Stable color fastness Adopt dope-dyeing technology. Good color fastness, resistant to fading after repeated laundering.
6. Low shrinkage Finished by heat setting and pre-shrinking, low fabric shrinkage after garment washing.
7. Eco-friendly Halogen-free, no toxic flame retardant additives.
